I recently accepted an offer from virgin media for an upgrade to my broadband which also came with a 100gb O2 sim. The contract from O2 came through and it said I’d be given a 50gb sim, so I’m assuming it’ll double the data once I activate volt? I’ve had a look at activating it but on my O2 account it’s saying I’m not eligible for it despite my address and name being the same on both accounts. It’s only been a few days since I accepted this offer so I’m not sure if this is just because it hasn’t been too long yet, or if there’s been some miscommunication between the two companies that needs to be resolved

Hi Matt54,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear there's been some confusion with getting your Volt offer. Once Volt has been activated, it can take up to 14 days for the benefits to be applied. These are done separately with O2 and Virgin Media however you'll receive an email from us both once the benefits are applied.
If the 14 days go by and you've not heard anything, pop back and let us know and we can investigate the Virgin Media side of things.
Many thanks,
