I am the only one who has my data doubled, and the home speed was upgraded too. There are 2 more in the household on O2, but checking their accounts there are no Volt benefits (even though one was signed up through Virgin when the merge was starting). Both accounts say they are not eligible when checking. Is there a way I can check both accounts and see if the benefits can be added?

Apply through MyO2 and ignore any messages that say its not available
Should hit within 14 days of applying

This was through my O2 of you mean the member section on the website?
