Hi! My Virgin Broadband line was activated yesterday and i have an o2 contract that went live the day before, i have tried via my o2 to activate my Volt benefits today but it tells me that " Sorry it does not look like you are entitled to these benefits". So how do i activate them as reading what it says about activating my volt benefits, i have done the correct thing by going via my o2. Any advice gratefully received or even better if customer services can just activate them for me.

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 😊
It can take up 14 days from the date that your services are activated for the benefits to be applied for both Virgin Media and O2 services.
If this time frame passes and there is no change please let us know.
