The 02 shop in Cardiff applied for my Volt benefits on 12th September and said they should be applied after about two weeks. It's over two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about the upgrade.

To confirm, is this for your Virgin Media account or O2 account?

Not sure. I am a VM customer of many years standing and when VM merged with 02 they said I qualified for the complimentary upgrade. 02 contacted VM and I received an email saying I would get the upgrade within two weeks. However, when I rang the 02 helpline, they said I had already received the upgrade which is incorrect.

Which upgrade you meaning?

Is it the free speed boost?

If so this is a one time offer, so for example let says you was 350MBS you would get put onto 500MBS.

However let says you then downgraded to 125MBS you wouldn't get the speed boost again to the next speed bracket.

All the other benefits such as pods etc are not a one off.

I am talking about the 02 Volt upgrade. When VM and 02 merged I was told they would double my gigabyte allowance and upgrade my wi-fi. As a matter of interest can you tell me what my gigabyte allowance was before the merger please?
