I've just noticed that my volt 1gig has not been activated in my new property. I moved out of my old property in August and got told that I would be on the same package as I was in my new house. I had a lot of hassle with moving house with Virgin Media, thought they had sorted it all but clearly not, as I've been paying for a service I thought I was getting for the past 3 months.
My contract in my old house was the Volt 1gig + stream box, however when I look at my contract now it only says M500 + stream box. So for the past 3 months I've been paying an extra £5 month for a sim card that I don't use thinking I was getting 1gig.
I don't want to call virgin media, as the last time I did they threatened my credit score (hassle with moving house mentioned before) and did not listen to what I was saying. Would anyone be able to activate my gig1 here?
