Hi,
Can anyone help? I have both O2 mobile and VM broadband (installed 4 weeks ago). Volt benefits applied to O2 within 3 days of VM installation. To date no volt benefits applied to VM broadband. Can anyone please help with how to activate VM Volt benefits? Thanks

We're sorry to hear the Volt benefits haven't been applied to your account 😔
In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
