Hi folks,
Hopefully someone can help with this issue. I am trying to correct the address that is registered on my VM account so that my VM and O2 accounts link.
I have spoken to O2 they’ve told me that I’m not a VM customer as far as they’re concerned, despite being able to send over an account no and contract.
In VM the address has the post code twice, once in the postcode and also once after the city. I have seen this issue discussed in other posts, but I don’t seem able to update the address online.
Any help gratefully received!

Hi Daniel,
Volt has activated fine on the VM side but O2 are still suggesting I’m not a VM customer.
Having read a few posts on this forum the only potential cause I see is the discrepancy between addresses.

Thank you for that information. To confirm, are the address on the account different to each other?
