It’s been two weeks and have heard nothing. Ordered an o2 sim via virgin media to get Volt, got an order number from Virgin but have heard nothing else. Called o2 and they haven’t received the order, called Virgin and it is proving impossible to get through to a human and the chat bot is next to useless. Does anyone ever actually receive their SIM? I have no idea how to get this resolved

Can you let us know how you placed your order? Was this done direct with an agent or done online through My VM?
