Hi,
I started a Volt contract for broadband in June and when I arranged it I was told, very clearly by the salesman, that the cost of my O2 sim would be included in the monthly virgin cost. I know I was told clearly because I checked with him repeatedly, as it seemed too good to be true. It seems I was right, and it is too good to be true, because I’m now paying two bills every month! My data has doubled, as I was told it would, but the sim cost is definitely not included in the volt package, even though I was told it would be. I have tried, repeatedly, to speak to someone about this, but with no luck, so I thought I’d try this way for an answer instead. Any help would be much appreciated.
