Email re Cancellation
I've just received an Email stating "I no longer have VM Services" and my Email Account (@virgin.net) will be closed in 30 Days.
Is this legitimate as the Address the Virgin Broadband is connected to has not been Cancelled and this is incredibly distressing as I'm currently dealing with my seriously ill Father.
Steve2810 This is a genuine email from VM. As you have noted the virgin net email address isn't associated with your VM broadband account. This is why you have received the closure notice.
The VM Forum Team staff should be able to check if the email address concerned can be linked to your current broadband account. They will respond here in due course.
