I signed up to a package deal with a £5 a month o2 sim card 18 months ago. I now no longer use virgin media as I have moved abroad. I am still getting charged for the o2 sim card despite never using it. I can’t log into o2 because I don’t have the sim card with me and I can’t get hold of anyone to cancel this contract. Very frustrating please help!

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when trying to cancel the O2 sim card.
We would need to advise that in our vantage point, this is not something we can do here for you.
However, you are welcome to utilise the Contact Us method's available via O2's website.
