Hi,

I am in the same position, I've spent hours and hours on the phone to Virgin and O2 and just get passed around teams, no one can solve it. Can someone help me please.

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same issue. I've spent hours and hours on the phone to O2 and Virgin and don't get anywhere. Can someone help?!

I'm in the same position. I've phoned them loads of times and get nothing. Just passed around people endlessly.
