No Volt benefits

When does my virgin media broadband get doubled from 125mb to 250mb with volt. My o2 allowance had been doubled over a week ago. I was told it could take upto 2 weeks. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to your Volt benefits and you're still awaiting these to be applied to your Virgin Media services. Although we understand the frustration we can see you have raised this in an alternate thread and have also sent a Private Message to a member of the forums team.

We don't respond to messages sent when not previously invited in and this will now be deleted. We'd also ask you to not raise multiple threads in regards to the same issue, this doesn't get the issue resolved any sooner and can if anything, delay the response received.

You have spoken to the team since posting, were they able to assist with your Volt query? Have you checked the original contract to ensure you are on a Volt package?

I have tried to speak to someone but haven't been able to. My virgin media and my o2 contract started at the same time. My o2 Internet allowance doubled within 3 days . I was told that if my virgin media volt allowance hadn't been applied after 14days that I was to contact virgin media and let them know. So that is what I am doing.  My virgin media speed is 125mb. Once volt is applied I'd expect it to go upto 250mb. This is the reason why I decided to go with virgin media.  But I'm still waiting for it to be applied
