Thanks for getting back to us in regards to your Volt benefits and you're still awaiting these to be applied to your Virgin Media services. Although we understand the frustration we can see you have raised this in an alternate thread and have also sent a Private Message to a member of the forums team.
We don't respond to messages sent when not previously invited in and this will now be deleted. We'd also ask you to not raise multiple threads in regards to the same issue, this doesn't get the issue resolved any sooner and can if anything, delay the response received.
You have spoken to the team since posting, were they able to assist with your Volt query? Have you checked the original contract to ensure you are on a Volt package?
