Mega TV and O2 sim

We’ve just renewed our contract with the Mega Tv,Volt Gig 1,phone etc and the O2 SIM card which we don’t need but was told we have to have it as it’s part of the package.

In the cooling off period of the contract can we just cancel the O2 SIM and keep the Tv package etc without it affecting the price?

Thanks for posting in regards to your package renewal and the Volt deal. We're glad to hear you're happy with the package barring the SIM element.

Although you can cancel the SIM, this may effect the benefits of the Volt package and deal in general as it was offered as an 'all in one' package. If you don't need the SIM you don't have to use it but it is part of the package and if cancelled we can't guarantee this won't impact the other elements of the deal or price.
