Hi,
can anyone tell me how to order my first wifi pod? I have two rooms in the house where the wifi drops as low as 9 most of the time, sometime it tells me I'm not connected to the wifi at all.
I have used the app numerous times & it never gives me the option to order a pod, only to upgrade my package even though I have volt. I have also tried using the website but it just takes me round & round in circles to a 'contact us' button that does nothing.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Virgin, please tell me why I’ve wasted 1 1/2 hours today having an online chat with your useless advisors. My query was simple regarding WiFi pods due to two weak signal spots I have in the house yet they were extremely slow replying to me and failed to understand this simple problem &why I was asking them about it. They even asked for my phone number yet when the system froze no one contacted me. Do they think I just wanted to waste 1 1/2 hours of my time? Please can someone from the UK contact me to talk through my issues?

Hi. I'm on Volt and also am struggling to order a pod. I've used the Connect app and there are persistent blacks pots, but I'm never prompted to order the WiFi pods. I called the number given here, but was cut off before speaking to anyone.

I am trying to order a pod, my back room only gets around 3mps with 1 bar & sometimes connection drops. I did the Virgin Media Connect app room test, I follow the link after the test , login to Virgin Account and it takes me to a section about Pods that just shows a 'chat with us' button, no option to order. I also tried Live Chat Support today, got disconnected twice, when I did get through they just wanted to sell me an upgrade, then eventually said they were transferring me another dept & I ended up back in the queue, gave up after about another 30 mins. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it - thanks.
