How to order a wifi pod

Can somebody tell me how to order a pod? The website said use the app, scan your rooms and if there's  under 30mbps you can order a pod

I scanned the problem rooms and can't  find on the app anywhere to order. Do I have to spend hours on the phone listening to canned music on hold?
