Help (still) in syncing WiFi pods to new Hub

Hi,

This is my second post for the same.

Please can someone help sync my WiFi pods. I received a new hub due to a constant red light on my old one. Since changing over by pods don’t connect and I now have no internet in any other room of the house other than where my hub is located!

I work from home and this is massively impacting me. Please can someone get in touch. Thanks, Deb

It can take several days for a reply on here.

Oh ok, thank you. Had nothing but hassle for 6weeks. Think most of my December was spent on the phone with Virgin Media!🤦🏻‍♀️

It's worth waiting for a reply on here as it's the UK team.
