I recently *upgraded"  With a Black Friday deal I then got this email which having searched on here is genuineThanks for contacting Virgin Media about making some changes to your
account.

We'd like to talk to you to as it appears that some information that we
need to process your order was missing. This will help us take the next
steps towards getting signed up, so just call our team on 0800 064 3830.

I rang eventually got through to someone who didn't have a clue what I was on about so I obviously navigated the myriad of options wrong he just suggested replying to the email which I did  guess what no response! My account doesnt seem to have been upgraded!how about adding the correct option numbers after the phone number. As Ive been with Virgin Media for a number of years and I think 3 contracts, I fail to see what information is missing

Sorry to hear of the renewal issues following your upgrade, we understand the frustration and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

We aren't able to assist with package issues via the forums and would recommend calling the team on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
