Hi all,
Hopefully someone from VM can assist with this.
Renewed with VM for another year with free upgrade to Gig1 from M600 a few weeks back, after so many issues renewing Ultimate Volt (now discontinued, now on Mega Volt) but retentions had to send a form off to set this up, all confirmed with VM, as I got in touch with UK based advisor. She said it’ll be activated within 2 days. Which should have been yesterday?
Ringing VM takes ages & was hoping someone from VM may pick this up.
Got Hub 5 earlier this year. rebooted many times & still showing 500MB on the config file.
Any help & assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @Nicknacks2611 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
For the form to upgrade customers to 1 Gig it can take up to 14 days for this to be processed.
We do apologise that you've been told otherwise here as we can appreciate this is frustrating.
Please let us know if after 14 days your speeds are still 500mbs and we can then investigate further.

You will have to wait for an answer from VM, this can take 2 or 3 days as this is not the prime contact point for VM, the phone is.

Thanks Tom, we was finally activated yesterday. The only thing I noticed is the white pods are only upto 200mb & believe the new black Wi-Fi pods are higher mb & also Wi-Fi 6 too.
we’ve got a technician coming out to us next Tuesday to hopefully swap our pods to the new black ones.
