I have a contract which includes mobile calls. The O2 signal strength inside the house is bad and so I have been making calls using Wifi. The router is at the back of the house and the Wifi strength is insufficient at the front of the house. The engineer, Jade, came and fixed it. She came on the dot of when she said she would come and she was professional and competent. More like her, please!
