It is getting very frustrated to be tossed between VM and O2 call centres to check the whereabout of the sim card which is bundled with the VM package (this is what to be covered and paid - 5GB 10GB O2 sim, Volt M500 Fibre Broadband, Weekend chatter & Mega TV).
It has been almost a month wait and neither VM nor O2 has the information. What should i do and should i just cancelled the subscription and procure the services separately?

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your SIM card.
Have you spoken to O2 regarding this? What's been advised?

I have spoken to a few O2 customer service representatives and no luck. The situation even get worse because the subscription cost is wrongly calculated. I have filed a complaint and since it is still within my 14 days cooling period (my installation was on 26 Oct), I will need to consider a cancellation of the service.

I’m having the same issue. Virgin told me to contact o2 which I did and they said that Virgin have t processed it correctly. No one to help me. I’m seriously considering cancelling as I’m in my cooling off period, I have wasted so much time over the last few days to try and get this sorted
