I’ve previously had a lot of trouble initially with my package, pricing and virgin customer services. It should be coming to the end of my ultimate volt contract, or a version of it. I’ve noticed that the end date on my app is down for August next year and need someone from Virgin to fix this. I’ve got previous messages on here that can be looked through to confirm pricing and contract lengths ect. I’m quite keen to cancel as soon as possible and would like to be in a position to avoid any more stress.
