Cancelled my Service and Received a new Bill?

As title, cancelled early April as my 18th Month contract was out...but still received a new bill...The last part of the message I received when I cancelled...

"Perfect, I'm more than happy to help you today, Stephen. The equipment returns package will be sent to you within 10 days after your disconnection date and we ask you return the equipment back to us at your earliest convenience. If your equipment is not returned a charge may be applicable.

I've been on to WhatsApp today, but going round in circles, can someone please contact me so this can be resolved?

Hey @ssmacc73,

With our bills it is an automatic process, until your disconnection the bills will continue to process, once the account closes, any bills etc will be finalised and a last one produced which states if any further charges are due, or if a credit is due.
