Could I speak with someone in regards to two queries, the O2 sim card deal with a direct debit of £5.00 of which I have never used but being charged for and to cancel the Sky Sports package I had in November 2023. I appreciate the offer but I'm looking to save money, thanks!

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have had this issue with the SIM, with this you would need to reach out to O2 to cancel this now as its not something we can cancel on our side, however with Sky Sports this is something we can look at removing, for me to do this I will be sending you a private message.
