So I have just recived a bill from O2 for a sim card that is still in its envorlpe!!
Why am I reciving this bill??
O2 are completly £$%^&*^%$ useless. they cant understand that the sim has no security details because I havent used it.
And they add the threat of debit collection agencys.
ALSO my phone number in my virgin media account is wrong BUT I cant change it??
Help please. Leaving virgin is getting closer.

So O2 are unable to to talk to me because they have no security questions because the sim has never been used.
Even though I have the bill, account number, address amount etc...
I have just checked my details (in virgin media personal details) but the mobile phone number is still wrong. Was advised that it would change in 48 hrs. Had spoke to them on Monday so now 60hrs no change.
