I have but no volume on virgin remote just tv remote

We have help here for remote controls, in the initial options there is support for pairing your remote. It will ask you for your box type and then give you options for the support required. If you follow these they should help resolve your query 😊

this seems to happen after mains has been turned off all night  tv wont stay on keeps turning off   but eventually stays on

Might also be best to try a Different TV, if possible?
