mum having a similar problem. Well, apart from the range of different volumes across different channels our problem is that the volume in general has to be set really high to be able to hear the TV. I wonder if it’s a setting on the TV itself but don’t know where to look or maybe a speaker in the TV is broken . Any ideas?
