V6 box box keeps losing connection with the other V6 box.

I have a V6 box in the lounge and when I want to play a program I have recorded you can watch it for a while and then it looses connection and you have to wait a while to reconnect.

Also the box in the kitchen keeps freezing and the picture is sometimes blurred.

Hi I did what you said and the Wireless Security is as No4 on the email, dont understand what I need to change?

Hi sylviah, 

Roy247 was suggesting you split your WiFi bands. When you get to No.4, in the WiFi Network name (SSID) for both bands, you'll need to rename them something different. Most people tend to just add a 2 and a 5 to the ends to be able to distinguish between which band is which.  

Once you've done this and saved the changes, you can then join the 2.4ghz band WiFi network on the box that you're having issues with. 

Just as a side note, any devices you have connected to the WiFi will need to be re-connected too.
