V6 Flashing Wifi

Hi

Just wanted to know what does it mean? It has been ok all day but then appeared twice on V6 box - Then red like rowtating arrows and then all disappeared?

just wondering as i am unsure - It has been very hot weather today

Flashing red arrows on the front of a V6 means it has no internet connection. This 'net connection comes via your home-hub, is it hardwired using an Ethernet cable? Or are you using wireless?

Signal strength may be an issue if the latter.

oh okay - Thank you for the info

its wifi connected the box but have laptop via ethernet cable in router 

connections on V6 is white and so is the router (phew) 🙂 Tv all fine picture ect - Just wasnt sure -
