V6 Box Stuck in Reboot

Hi

One of my V6 boxes is stuck in a continuous loop of rebooting, welcome etc.

Tried the resetting, unplugging etc. but no change. Any help appreciated.

Did you use the "clear and delete everything" reset by any chance? That has a bug which does cause these symptoms.

Try... Turn off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the +button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. The box should reboot, the power button will turn blue and boot cycle complete.

If this fails, you'll need to report your "TV box that won't startup" to VM for a tech visit & replacement.
