v273 error on catch up and demand for 48hrs on replacing my TiVo to V6 box excellent connection on WiFi rebooted the hub and box still not working is there a virgin network problem here?

Have you connected your V6 to your home-hub, to provide an internet connection? The TiVo had a separate internal connection, but the V6 relies on your VM home broadband.
If an Ethernet connection can be used, it should. If not, a wireless connection can suffice. Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network to setup.
