UHD Activation

I requested Sky Sports UHD to be added but after 7 days they are still greyed out. F1 starts today and was expecting to be watching in UHD.

Why does it take so long? Has my request been lost? I would have thought it would be almost instantaneous.

I called using 150 on my VM home phone. I didn’t have an option “thinking of leaving” and it took 20 minutes before I got to speak with someone.

Took a couple of times explaining I just wanted the Sky Sports UHD channels that I had ordered on line a week ago to be activated now please.

The agent is trying…

And after 40 minutes since I called the result is SUCCESS maybe. I need to reboot the box after 2-3 hours and the UHD channels should be available… 🤞

Moral of this story, don’t bother using the Web page to add services, just call VM because you will end up calling anyway.
