My tv guide hasn't updated since Saturday. When I check the system it says that there is programme info up to Sat 27th Jan. When I check the network connection the box seems to be successfully updating every 6 hours, as is usual. I have tried to force a connection to update, it connects to network, says it's downloading, and successfully completes. However there is nothing new downloaded and the tv guide still shows up to Sat 27th. I have tried rebooting, but that doesn't change anything, and there are no issues in my area when I check the service status page on the website.
Is this just me, or is this a nationwide issue? Any ideas would be grateful.

For the "public service" channels, which most people correlate with the Freeview-esque set, listings upto the end of week+2 are normal. Many pay channels have a rolling 14days EPG, but 101-105 don't - with the exception of the Christmas/NY period.

I'm so sorry to hear you are facing this issue with your service, can I ask if the guide is not showing for all channels? Has this changed at all since your last post?
