I used to be able to set my v6 box to record gardeners world on bbc 2 with a series link plus, now I cannot , WHY ????
have to record it on a one by one basis, frustrating to say the least,

this is the 3rd new v6 box I have had replaced by virgin in the last 18 months/2 years due to faults,

lose all recordings every time, not good,

I'm getting the option of setting a series link on my V6, both via the EPG & also "search & explore"
