Just updated my WiFi, TV and phone bundle to be the same as my previous contract but notice quite a few TV channels now require subscription eg, Alibi and Gold. Why is that?

Hi @Macushla

Which TV tier where you on previously, and which tier has been applied now?

It sounds like you may have been on one of the older now discontinued tiers, such as the obsolete Player, Mix or Full House tiers and are now on the Mixit tier.

For channel comparison purposes see /ChannelGuide_April_24.pdf

I’ve just noticed on paperwork received that I  was changed from Mix to  Mixit. I was not told about this reduction on services when I set up my renewed contract and I feel that was a very sneaky thing to do ….

It's in the T&Cs, which a lot of people don't bother to read. When you make any changes to your package any legacy (no longer sold or advertised) items are changed to their latest equivalent.
