Hi where can I get a replacement power cable for my v6 box. I've tried calling a few times but they don't seem to understand what I'm calling about

Might be worth referring to it as a mains adapter when you're calling VM as to replace the cable, the mains adapter probably has to be replaced at the same time

I am so sorry that you have not been able to arrange a replacement power cable, can I ask what has happened with your current cable? Was this damaged or has it stopped working?

Hi the thin wire that plugs in the box of the box has broken in half
