2 years ago I got rid of the 2nd V6 box in my bedroom but I want to get another one , I've seen the 360 box but I don’t want to delete all the recordings on the v6 box downstairs. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks

If you're already a TiVo/V6 customer, you can remain so - including adding multiroom boxes to a maximum of 3 in total.
TV360 is a completely different platform software in the same way as Apple is different to Android, and is fundamentally not TiVo. Part of the conversion process includes a reformat of your HDD.
If your only reason for "wanting" TV360 is because of an additional box requirement, that's not an issue. If anything it's one area where TV360 falls down, where you have one central recording pool which is not split between boxes.

I had a 2nd v6 box in my back bedroom for years but sent it back a few years ago. I decided on Saturday to order another box. It came yesterday and I was setting it up connecting the internal cables etc turned the box on and it was saying cables not connected, so checked all cables again but same warning.
Did this a few times then I remembered for years the cable outside was on top of our old glass conservatory , it was a eyesore so when we got a new conservatory I cut the cable going into the bedroom and from the grey box by the lounge window. So embarrassingly I had to call VM to cancel the order but they said they could install new cable, but we’ve repebble dashed the house so that’s not going to happen !

Duplicate threads merged. I think what you're asking is.. "can I have a manned install to put the cabling in"? Or is your question something else?

I was hoping the Virgin media stream was available to all customers and we could watch Sky and TNT sports on it whixh we already pay for !

VM Stream is available to all broadband-only customers, but cannot co-exist with TiVo, V6 or TV360.
It doesn't have any recording facilities, and you'd need to cancel your existing TV subscription before installing a single Stream box in one room.
I suspect the TV Go mobile app might achieve what you're looking for - mobile streaming of all your subscribed channels on any compatible device.

Presumably you mean you can get a 2nd V6? Having used my mothers V360 I do NOT want one under any circumstances. I hate it, IMO it's vastly inferior to the V6.
