Catchup missing episodes

Hi, I've noticed a couple of episodes are missing from channel 5 catchup from the other week.  Motorway Cops: catching Britain's speeders.  Season 3 is on there but only episodes 1,2,3,4,5,6,9 & 10.  

Why are episodes 7 and 8 missing when the rest of the season is there?

The random availability is not just S3 but also across other series. And I don't think these are CatchUp episodes, the ones being shown on C5 Monday evenings currently are S6.

Ah I thought it was catchup as S3 was on channel 5 about 2 or 3 weeks ago.  I wanted to see Episode 7 as only caught part of it and it was near where used to live for awhile.  Typical that's the one that's not available but others are before and after.  

Is there a way to query this with VM assume it's a glitch?
