Blue screen on V6 box

I hope this is the right place did this question?
My v6 box regularly goes to a blue screen with no picture of sound. What every I'm watching carries on though as if nothing has happened. It mainly does it when watching Netflix, but does do it on 'normal' tv.

Has anyone else come across this?

When getting this blue screen, do you get an error code and at all? How long has this issue been ongoing? Does it persist after rebooting the box as seen here? Please get back to us when you can so we can best look into this for you.

Colour tints such as you describe are often a problem with the HDMI chain somewhere. Next time this happens, check whether you can still access the V6 menu system.

You mention it happening on a streaming app as well as broadcast channels, that certainly points at the output/cable/input system. See whether you can eliminate that first - change the cable, and also the port on your TV that it's using.
