Only receiving RTE 1/2. Getting the following messages on other channels: "Setting up TV Channels 100:70"

Is this a new installation?

Have you had that box replaced very recently? Or regraded/added/removed channels?

Has it been over 30 days since you last used the box?

Error 100:70 is usually displayed during initial setup when the box has not yet received its entitlement for Live TV and normally resolves within a few minutes. If you've just upgraded to Sky Sports & Sky Movies it's possible that the codes have only been applied to one box.

Just to point out, if you are in the Irish Republic you are barking up the wrong tree. This forum is for, & run by Virgin Media UK for its own residential customers. Virgin Media Ireland is a completely separate company, so the staff here won’t be able to intervene.
