could anyone help with this attached

could anyone help with this attached error keeps happening but if i reboot i loose all recordings but to get though on the phone do i need to say anymore

Hi doctor237 

Error 100:70 is usually displayed during initial setup when the box has not yet received its entitlement for Live TV and normally resolves within a few minutes.

Have you just migrated from a V6 to TV360? If so as part of the migration process the hard drive is wiped so you would lose all of your recordings anyway and also your series links.

If your box has been swapped from the older tivo box to a 360 box then again you would lose all of your recordings  and  series links. (Recordings can't be transferred between boxes)

I would recommend calling the TV faults team on 0345 454 1111 option 1, 2 then 2 again, and they should be able to help or pass it to second level support. It might not be able to be fixed immediately as it's a weekend.

The Forum team may pick this up for you but it may take a day or two before they see this and they would probably have to involve the faults team.
