Received my new controls whilst on holiday. Returned from Holiday today and went to set up the living room box. Had a message saying it had already been started on another box, the unused bedroom one, Long story short, took about 4 hours and a call to get them both set up. Turned the living room one on this evening to find no picture, menus were there though but unable to access anything and control was working slowly. Box rebooted itself and was stuck on welcome page. Checked the other box in the bedroom, same issue 😡
Whatsapped Virginmedia did checks and they were unable to do anything so I now have to wait until Friday, 6 days with no TV, for an engineer to visit.
I am beyond frustrated and now just thinking I want to change provider. Up until now my V6 boxes were fine.
