Virgin Media 360 software upgrade error

Hi 
I have a message on my Virgin Media box that I can upgrade to Virgin Media 360. I have clicked the link and got a message saying ‘We couldn’t process your order’ (error TM4/17/10-0-100157)

Are you able to assist please

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I now have upgraded my box to the Virgin 360 software. Only issue now is Iam unable to watch catchup tv on the box. I get the error CS2518 when I try to watch any programmes from Catchup. I have called up again on this and they have taken my details and someone is meant to ring me back on it. Any chance you can speed things along please. 

Sorry to hear you are now having issues with catchup TV. We apologise for the poor journey so far. We can however see that the team recently contacted you and confirmed the issue has been resolved. Do you need any further help?
