Virgin Media 360 control

I have just set up Virgin 360 on my tv, the new 360 control won't respond at all but my old tivo control will......Can someone please help me. I have rebooted the box but no difference

Have you pressed the Install Now icon, which will either be on the Home screen, or within the Apps folder?

There should be an instruction leaflet either in the 360 remote control box or printed on the inside cover of  the lid of that remote control box., or you can watch a youtube video with instructions <here> 

You need to remove the red plastic tab from the battery compartment of the 360 remote during the set up process.
