Hi
I can’t figure this out and need help.
I installed a new 360 Box this afternoon and it isn’t working properly.
I am unable to record and keep getting this message even though the settings are showing a good connection. Help please!

It would seem that it thinks two boxes exist whereas there’s only one (TIVO box removed as per instructions)

Sorry to hear of the issues since installing the 360 service, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
It's been a few days since your post, have you been able to speak to the team at all during this time? Is this something you still require assistance with? There is some assistance here for TV360 issues.

Thanks for your reply..... which, unfortunately, went into my "Junk" email folder.... I apologise!
I managed to resolve this myself..... It all came down to stupidity on my behalf.... I thought that the mini-box sent through the post was a replacement main box. Which it obviously isn't!
I was laying in bed in the early hours of Tuesday morning when I had an epithany ..... I reset-up the V6 box the next morning and all is working well....
I'll hang my head in shame now!
