V6 upgrade not working

I've received my new remote to upgrade to 360 earlier this week.

I've restarted the V6 box as instructed but now the box does not supply a picture .

I switch my TV to the HDMI input, it gives some TV sound for a split second and then reverts back to the TV home screen.

After an hour it it still the same.

How long do I need to leave V6 box to restart?

Currently I have no service.

Make sure your box is connected by ethernet cable and then try turning off the 360 with the switch on the back of the box, then on the 360 box press and hold down both the power button and the + button at the same time. (You could try the - button this has worked for some users).

Then turn on the 360 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.

The box should reboot, the power button will turn blue if it still thinks it's a V6 or white if the 360 update works, and it should reset and boot up normally.

Update 

It looks the V6 has performed a factory reset.

It is completely wiped . It asked me for my network after approaching 3 hours. The box had two red symbols lit through that time.

However when I now try and upgrade via the App it tells me to come back later or is not available at this time.

Do you know when it will upgrade?

Update. 

I left it overnight. 

I tried the upgrade app which started responding.  I had to pair the remote but after that it started installing.  After 30 minutes it said it couldn't install with code  MA13/14/40. I rebooted, tried again and this time it worked.

Not the best experience but it's finally upgraded
