Upgraded from Tivo to 360 . Problems

We upgraded from TiVo to 360 by taking delivery of new hand set, download of new software caused all sort of problems. Engineer came and installed new box, which showed recordings from our old box which we couldn’t watch,it said we had to subscribe. The Engineer contacted tech department who managed to clear the contents. It is more or less working except for one small problem. We can set most programmes to record a series, except for coronation street on ITV 1. It will only allow me to record one episode at a time. A pop up says ‘sorry we can’t do this for you’ yet if I go to ITV+1 it allows me to set up the coronation st series. I have the TV GO APP, so again I can set up most programmes for series from the app, but not coronation st on ITV1, the app says Virgin box off line, which it obviously isn’t as I can set up other programmes. Trying to get through to Virgin is a nightmare. Anyone else have this problem?

You cannot transfer recordings from TiVo > TV360.

Whether your swap was from TiVo > TV360 (in which case you had a completely new box with new hard drive) or was a software conversion of V6 > TV360 (in which case your hard drive was reformatted)... all your recordings & series-links are completely lost.

The two platforms are totally and fundamentally different.
