Tried to upgrade to 360 today and keep getting the Upgrade Failed error MA1/4/11 message. I’ve tried the power and + / - after restarting and still getting the error.
Just wondering how / if anyone else has sorted this. Do I need just need to ring Virgin and wait to speak to someone?

Finally got it working. Left it overnight and tried again in the morning. Had to reboot a couple of times but now up and running.
