Updating my second box to 360

Hit a problem re parental PIN number. We’ve tries 1234, 0000, 1111, 2222, 3333, 4444, 5555,…….., 9999- all to no avail.

tries pressing blue button on remote, …. Of course, rebooted and even switching it off and on.

the help bot was useless as was the phone. Am at a loss ….. perhaps going back to Sky is the answer.

Didn't think you needed the pin number when the update has been downloaded to the box. Are you trying to request the update which is when I think you would need the pin number.

Has your main box updated to 360 ?

Are both boxes V6 boxes or do you have a V6 and a TiVo box.

Hi @Beekeeper88 

If you haven't changed your pin on the V6 then it should be 1234 by default.

I can't check as I haven't had a V6 box for a few years, but you used to be able to reset it via tHome >  Help & Settings > Help > TiVo box and selecting > Reset my PIN.
